A vintage sterling silver rouge case or compact. The case can be opened either to access the small mirror in the lid or opened completely – see photos. The case is a hexagonal case and measures 1.85 inches wide by 3/4 inch high. It weighs 36.6 grams. There is also a bail on the hinge to allow it to be worn as a locket. The back of the case is marked International Silver Pat. July 18 1922ITEM BTG-541
